How to install Explorer View

To install Explorer View, use the following instructions:

Internet Download - Installation

  • Click on the "Download" button above.
  • Once downloaded, run setup file and follow the on-screen instructions.

Installing Explorer View from CD

  • Insert the Explorer View CD into your computer.
  • Select the option to install Explorer View and follow the on-screen instructions.

Installation Note: The software is first installed with a free 30 day fully functional trial period. You can purchase a product activation key and enter it into the program to extend this 30 day evaluation period.

Installing Explorer View over a Network

It is possible to "roll out" a multi license installation over a network and have the software automatically activate (without the need for an end user to activate). For more information please contact us via the support link on this page.

Trouble shooting installation problems

Un-Install

To uninstall Explorer View:

  • Navigate to the Windows Control Panel and select Add/Remove Programs.
  • Find and select Explorer View from the list of programs.
  • Click Remove.
  • At the confirmation prompt, click Yes.

or

  • Click on the Windows START button, select Explorer View from the Program Files list and select the uninstall option.
