Quick Start Guide: Explorer View for Microsoft Outlook

Explorer View for Windows Explorer System Requirements

• Operating System: Windows 200X/XP/2003/Vista
• RAM: 128 MB is the recommended minimum
• Hard Disk: At least 6 MB of free disk space

Step 1 - Close Down Microsoft Outlook

Close down Microsoft Outlook so that the Explorer View add-in can be installed.

Step 2 - Download and Install Explorer View for Microsoft Outlook

Download Explorer View for Microsoft Outlook using the Download button above. Run the program and follow the on screen installation prompts.

The download program has a 30 day free trial period. You may activate Explorer View for Microsoft Outlook at any time by purchasing a product activation key at www.explorerview.com.

Step 3 - Start Microsoft Outlook

Start Microsoft Outlook. You should now see the Explorer View tool bar icon. To turn the Explorer View preview pane on and off, click on the Explorer View icon:

The Explorer View preview window will display both message and attachments
