This program employs "hardware activation". This means that you if you own 1 license you can install it on 1 computer, which is identified by its hardware signature.
If you change or update computers, you activation may no longer work. Please contact support to request additional activations.
To open the activation window, click on the Explorer View task bar icon and select "Activate".

There are two ways to activate the program:
1. Activate Online
Where the computer on which the software is being installed is connected to the Internet;

To activate online, enter the License Key sent to you by email at the time of your purchase and click the NEXT button.
(If you have lost your License Key a replacement key can be automatically sent by email. Log into your GetData user account by clicking "Member Login" at the bottom of the page use this link: https://secure.getdata.com/my/)

Note: To avoid errors, cut-and-paste the License Key from the email received when you purchased the program.
You should see the following window if activation is successful:

2. Product Activation - Off-line
If the computer on which you are installing the software is not connected to the Internet, you can use another computer to complete the necessary activation steps. Follow the activation steps described on the screen below:

It is possible to roll out Explorer View via a remote network install using and installation script. Please contact support an quote your purchase reference number to receive more information.
